Mate 9 is an upcoming phablet smartphone by Chinese Brand Huawei, which is expected to release very soon (may be released in November this year). As the expected release date is coming closer, the rumors about specifications and leaked images are also hitting the social platforms regularly. According to these leaks, Mate 9 may be the most power-packed smartphone phablet of the year. Latest leaked images were on Chinese network Weibo, which suggests Mate 9 may have 3 variants and 8 color options.

Rumors about Camera:

The most fascinating rumors about Mate 9 are its camera feature. The latest rumors suggests that Mate 9 may have the best camera Huawei as ever made. It may have the dual camera setup as Huawei P9 has, released earlier this year. Huawei P9 has been shipped with dual rear set up with leica branding. Same would be expected in Mate 9 with a little bit improvement like inclusion of OIS feature etc.

Huawei Mate 9 may be the most powerful and influential smartphone released in 2016. Especially a variant with 6GB RAM and 256 GB will be the most powerful smartphone of the year. The leaked specifications suggests the three variants would be like following.

4GB RAM + 128GB of storage: (Expected Price: Rs. 60K to 68K)

We have not heard any word about its battery capacity. But the previous models in this series had quite bigger batteries (Huawei Mate 8: 4000 mAh, Huawei Mate 7: 4100 mAh). By going through the previous model’s battery capacity, Mate 9 may have battery capacity around 4000 mAh or more.
