Sprint-Exclusive HTC Bolt Launched with no Headphone Jack

In Collaboration with Sprint, HTC unveiled a new high end smartphone HTC Bolt in America. Once a major player in Phone Industry, HTC is now struggling to keep up the pace with fast moving smartphone industry. Latest unveiled Bolt is said to be first waterproof phone of HTC, providing faster downloading speeds on the network as it features Sprint’s latest network technology and like iPhone 7, HTC Bolt is not featuring the Headphone Jack.

Design and Hardware:

The design of Bolt looks quite similar to HTC 10, currently running flagship. As described earlier, Bolt is HTC's first water-resistant aluminium unibody smartphone, which comes with an IP57 rating for water, splash and dust resistance. It features capacitive buttons for back and recent Apps and fingerprint sensor. Bolt comes with latest Android Nougat, so, you will get an exciting new feel on latest UI. Bolt feature sensational 5.5-inch QHD (2560 X 1440) display screen to provide vibrant screen view.

Although Bolt is HTC’s premium device but it features a relatively outdated SoC which is Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, known for heating issues. It sports a 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of internal storage along with the option of expandable storage via microSD. The Rear Camera of Bolt is a 16-megapixel, comes with OIS (optical image stabilization), 4K video recording, and PDAF. There is an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter on-board. The HTC Bolt packs 3200mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 for fast charging.

The official price of HTC Bolt is $600 (Rs. 63000 approx.). It will be available from HTC Online Store for US and Sprint stores. HTC Bolt will be available in Silver and Black colors. It is released in US only and shipping will be start from November 14^th after the order. There are no words by HTC on release of Bolt in other markets.
