Huawei Sold 9 Million Huawei P9 Units Globally since its Launch

The Chinese Smartphone vendor Huawei is really making progress in smartphone industry these days. Yesterday, Huawei has announced that the 9 Million (9,000,000) Huawei P9 smartphones have been sold since its launch, which is quite an amazing achievement by Huawei. The premium Huawei P9 was launched in April this year as it faces competition from Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S7, LG G5, recently from iPhone 7, Google Pixel and other Chinese rival smartphones but it emerges as a successful flagship device for Huawei.
Huawei P9:
In September, Huawei announced that the 6 Million units of Huawei P9 were sold and now 3 Million more units are sold in just 2 months, which is great achievement by Huawei P9. Huawei is currently ranked at the third pace as to phone sold, behind Apple and the front-runner Samsung. As there is still 2 months’ time to make Huawei’s next flagship Mate 9 officially available, there are good chances that Huawei P9 may cross the magic 10 Million figure and become the first Huawei smartphone to do so.
Huawei P9 was highly appreciated at its launch event and comes in great features. The most fascinating feature of P9 is its dual Rear Camera, which is a result of Huawei’s partnership with famous German Optics company Leica. The technology used in the dual rear camera of Huawei P9 is the standout among the other dual rear cameras found in LG’s G5 and Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.
