Samsung has announced the refund policy for Note 7 users in Pakistan. Note 7, one of the premier device made by Samsung, could not live up to the expectations after several incidents of catching fire. Samsung Engineers still not discover the actual cause of Note 7 failure. But Samsung has now permanently stop the production of Note 7 and announced a recall program for all Note 7 users. It is important to note that this smartphone is not officially launched in Pakistan, but the buyers who have bought Note 7 by any source in Pakistan, will be entitled for this refund policy.

In Pakistan all Galaxy Note7 owners will be offered one of the following:
- Replace your Galaxy Note7 with a Galaxy S7 edge and get a refund of PKR 10,000/-
