Samsung releases Official Statement about S7 and S7 EDGE

Samsung has released an official statement regarding the S7 family (Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge), stating that these smartphones are safe to use. Samsung has been in lot of criticism about its quality control measures after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. This statement was released after few incidents of Galaxy S7 explosions were reported, and Samsung has to assure every S7 and S7 Edge user that these smartphones are safe to use.
Official Statement:
Galaxy S7 series is the current flagship series and Samsung has been trying to increase their sales by introducing new colors, Blue Coral and Pink, which are appreciated by users. But the fiasco caused by Galaxy Note 7 failure, is still hurting badly to Samsung’s mobile business, that’s why Samsung has to issue an official statement regarding the S7 series.

Samsung stands behind the quality and safety of the Galaxy S7 family. There have been no confirmed cases of internal battery failures with these devices among the more than 10 million devices being used by consumers in the United States; however, we have confirmed a number of instances caused by severe external damage. Until Samsung is able to obtain and examine any device, it is impossible to determine the true cause of any incident.
