Samsung to announce Actual Reason behind Note 7 Failure Next Month

Samsung is likely to reveal the final result of its investigation of ill-fated Galaxy Note 7, next month. Galaxy Note 7, unveiled in August, had been in the news for explosion related incidents and Samsung has to call back all the sold devices within a month after its sales begun. Later, Samsung had also announced to permanently stop the production of Galaxy Note 7 devices.
Final Results of Investigation:
This news was reported by the Korea Herald, citing that Samsung is expected to reveal the final results of investigation of Note 7 failure. According to news, the Korean tech giant launched a new round of investigation on Nov 11, to find out the cause of several fires and explosions related to the Note 7. For this investigation, Samsung Electronics has been teamed up with the product safety authorities and experts both in Korea and the US.
When these fire-related incidents started to happen, Samsung initially blamed the SDI batteries used in Note 7 devices. But this was proved wrong when the fire related incidents were still happening with the changed batteries. Later, after the global Galaxy Note 7 recall, Samsung has announced a detail investigation in to matter, and the results of this probe are expected to disclose next month.
It’s believed that diverse factors have played a role in the Galaxy Note 7′s demise. But now, we will come across the real reasons behind this Galaxy Note 7 saga, which costed Samsung a loss of around $4.3 billion and the company’s reputation also hurt very badly.
